On the occasion of Diamond Jubilee of Advocates Act 1961, we have received an invitation letter from SILF (Society of Indian Law Firms) that they are celebrating Sixty Years of the ADVOCATES ACT and also seeking participation and opinion on the following aspects.

A virtual conference is scheduled by them on 24.04.2021 from 11 am to 4 pm with the following agenda;

1. Improving Standards of Legal Education.
2. Ensuing adhere to Rules of Conduct and Etiquette for Lawyers.
3. Strict Prohibition against Practice of Law by Non-lawyers.
4. Regulatory framework of foreign law firms are allowed.
5. Recognition of General Counsel/In House Counsel by Bar Council of India.

KHCAA invites it’s members to inform their views on the aforementioned topics to the Association on or before 23.4.2021
