The IT Cell of the High Court of Kerala as per the letter dated 16.4.2021 has sought our response in connection with the proposed introduction of hybrid mode of hearing which is stated as one providing for video conferencing or physical presence . Since this issue involves basic questions regarding the mode of hearing, the Executive Committee has decided to place this matter before the General Body scheduled to be held on 30.4.2021 at 5 pm through Zoom. Written opinions if any may also be furnished before the General Body. Link for the meeting will be shared later.
