Please take note that the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala is proposing to issue Radio Frequency enabled Identity Cards (RFID) as a part of its security arrangement and had sought for the following details pertaining to the members of the Advocates Association for issuing the RFID cards:

  1. Name
  2. Enrolment number
  3. Date of birth
  4. Permanent address
  5. Blood group
  6. Contact number
  7. Emergency contact number
  8. Details of specific disease/Allergies/Special medical care required
  9. Photo (jpeg format with file name as advocate name)
    Members are requested to furnish the same through this link given below without fail on or before 14/11/2022. Those who have already furnished the details in the previous year need not furnish the same again. List of advocates who have already submitted the details is attached herewith
