The General Body of Kerala High Court Advocates Association held on 16.5.2021 has unanimously decided that members of the Association shall not file any case under the E-filing system introduced as per the Electronic Filing Rules for Courts (Kerala), 2021. It was also decided that a meeting of the General Body should be held on 17.5.2021 at 6 PM to consider the approach adopted by the Administrative Committee of the High Court regarding the salient aspects highlighted in the representation dated 12.5.2021 submitted by the Association before the Hon’ble Chief Justice in order to take decisions on the steps to be adopted in future.

A further decision was also taken unanimously that the members of the Association shall not associate in any manner with the activities connected with the implementation of Electronic Filing Rules for Courts (Kerala), 2021.
